      DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING PERMITS: Residential Permits: 2-3 Weeks Commercial Permits: 3-4 Weeks

      Note: The listed wait times are approximate and apply to complete SIPD permit applications only. SIPD Development and Building Permits will not be issued for development in the Inland Port Special Planning Area (IPSPA) until the applicant has obtained a Lot Grade Permit, as may be required by the R.M. of Rosser. Please contact the R.M. of Rosser directly for Lot Grade Permit requirements and associated wait times.
